One of the greatest things anyone has ever said to me is this; Many people read books and why do they read books? People read books for the stories. Not the boring stories on people who have perfect lives, but the crazy ones that reach your emotion and can break your heart. No one wants to reach a book about someone who is perfect and has had no bad upbringings in life, they want to read the book about people who have faced many challenges in their lives because those are the people that have a real story to tell.
It can be easy to compare yourself to someone else that seems to have it all and a perfect life but guess what, that's not you! You have to work harder than a lot of people do every day and you are probably a lot stronger than those you compare yourself to. You're special, no matter who you are. Don't give up on your story. People are waiting to read your success one day.

As the weather begins to get colder and the days begin to grow shorter, times can also start to get challenging. Though times can be hard no matter the season, we recognize that the winter can be really challenging for many. If you yourself are feeling lost, please don't be afraid to reach out for help. If for any reason you are feeling like you have no one to reach out to, please reach out to us! It might be hard to believe, but we feel for everyone especially those struggling with mental health in these times. It would mean the world to us if you reached out! Gray Clouds Turned White was created by someone with struggles and people who understand how hard it can be to reach out for help. Today, we want you to know that we are here for you even if you are unable to reach out. You are not alone and you are so loved.
Wether today is a good day or a bad day, remember you are not alone. Sometimes, you are not able to see the support that is around you, but it is always there. You are always loved even when you might not feel like it. Life is not easy nor will it ever be but that is what makes life beautiful. Remember this quote today; "Mental health is not a destination, but a process. It's about how you drive, not where you're going".
